The Difference between the 1st angle projection
& 3rd angle projection is comparatively very simple and is very
clear. Firstly we need to understand the planes
and quadrants.
There are two planes.
1.
Vertical Plane(V.P)
2.
Horizontal Plane(H.P)
Vertical Plane(V.P):
1. A plane that passes through a vertical line.
2. A plane of
perspective passing through the point of sight and perpendicular to the ground plane and to the picture.
Horizontal Plane(H.P):
1. A Plane that passes through the horizontal line.
2. A plane of
perspective passing through the point of sight and horizontal to the ground
plane and to the picture.
The Above diagram
shows the clear view of the quadrants.
Here to clearly know the
projections you need to thoroughly know the above drawing.
All world wide we use only two kinds of projection.
1.
1st Angle Projection
2.
3rd Angle Projection.
The difference is clearly mentioned in the below diagram
